Returning an item with Baazarplex is simple and hassle-free:
Go to My Orders → select the item → click Return/Exchange.
Our team will contact you to arrange a pickup via our courier partner.
If pickup isn’t available, you can ship the item using a trusted courier service — we’ll reimburse the return cost for eligible returns.
Make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our Return Policy conditions.
If you received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email or SMS.
