Baazarplex Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel an order anytime before it’s dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may refuse the order at the doorstep.
  • Cancellation is only possible within the specified time window, which is typically 7 days for most products. After this period, cancellation may not be possible, and a cancellation fee may apply. The exact cancellation window will be mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page.
  • If Wayramart cancels the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
  • Wayramart reserves the right to modify the cancellation window and cancellation fees as needed.

Returns Policy
At Wayramart, returns are accepted for products sold directly by us, and the return window for all products is 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
  • Products requiring installation must be installed by our authorized personnel to be eligible for return.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, a replacement will be provided. If no defect is confirmed, you may be directed to the brand service center to resolve the issue.
  • We may process refunds within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • A maximum of one replacement per order will be provided for defective products.
  • Products that are incorrectly delivered, missing accessories, or damaged during transit are eligible for a return or replacement.

General Exceptions to the Return Policy
Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or other reasons, including personal care items, sanitary products, and certain electronics. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Conditions for Return Approval

  • The product and its accessories should be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no signs of use, tampering, or damage.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and all contents (including user manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
  • If the product is a mobile, laptop, or tablet, please ensure that the device is unlinked from any accounts (e.g., iCloud for Apple devices, Google accounts for Android devices), and screen locks are disabled.
  • For faulty or defective items, we may assist with troubleshooting through online tools or arrange an in-person visit from a technician.

No Questions Asked Return Policy

  • For products eligible under the “No Questions Asked” return policy, you can request a refund or replacement within 7 days. This applies to most products, but please check the product page for any specific terms.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the return has been confirmed and the product is received by Wayramart. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Wayramart reserves the right to update or modify the return and cancellation policies. Any updates will be communicated through the platform or other methods of communication.
